Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days nationwide via Aramex. Cape Town deliveries arrive within 1–2 days. See our Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship outside South Africa? Not yet. DriveKit currently ships within South Africa only. International shipping is on the roadmap for 2027.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Email us at hello@drivekit.co.za as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it's with the courier, we can't intercept.

Is there free shipping? Yes — on all orders over R750. Under that, shipping is a flat R99.

Products

What's in The Starter Bundle? The Starter combines our three core products at a discount: The Mount (magnetic phone mount), The Cable Pair (coiled USB-C and USB-A charging cables), and The Vent (aluminium cabin diffuser). R899 total — saving you R98 versus buying them separately.

What's in The Refresh Bundle? The Refresh is our cabin clean-up set: The Reset Kit (detailing kit), The Vent (diffuser), and The Inserts (silicone cup holder coasters). R999 total — saving you R148 versus buying them separately.

Are your products compatible with my car? Most products are designed to be universal. The Mount uses standard MagSafe-compatible magnets and a vent clip that fits 99% of modern South African cars. The Inserts fit standard 70–73mm cup holders. If you're unsure, email us with your make and model and we'll confirm.

Do you offer a warranty? Every product carries our 30-day no-fuss return guarantee. Beyond that, electrical products (The Inflator, The Cable Pair) carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Contact us at hello@drivekit.co.za to claim.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? 30 days, no questions asked. Full details on our Returns page.

Who pays for return shipping? We do, if the product is faulty. Otherwise return shipping (around R99) is on you.

How long do refunds take? We process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the return. EFTs may take 1–3 additional business days to reflect.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), EFT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured by Shopify Payments. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of 15% VAT.

Is checkout secure? Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, the same one used by thousands of SA retailers.
